Born From a Love of the Craft

Scotty Dawg Brewing didn't start in a boardroom. It started at a kitchen table, a handful of recipes, and the stubborn belief that a great beer doesn't need a city address to be world-class.

Nestled in the hills of Trabuco Canyon, we brew in small batches so every pint carries the same care you'd find in a family recipe — nothing rushed, nothing forgotten. Our taps rotate with the seasons, our lagers age until they're ready, and our door is always open to anyone who appreciates a properly poured pint.

This is brewing the way it should be: intentional, local, and unapologetically good.
